Refund & Return Policy

At Legacy of Vitality, we curate premium wellness systems designed to be long-term investments in your health and your family’s quality of life. Because the products we offer are high-value, specialized equipment that ship via freight and often come directly from our manufacturing partners, our return and refund process differs from traditional retail.
We are committed to transparency, fairness, and ensuring you feel confident before making your purchase.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, many orders are already in processing or production with our suppliers. Cancellation requests after this period may be subject to a manufacturer restocking or cancellation fee (typically 5–15%) depending on the brand.
Returns After Shipment
Due to the nature of the products we carry (freight-shipped, large wellness equipment, custom-built or made-to-order systems), returns are not automatically accepted once an item has shipped.
If a return is approved by the manufacturer, the following conditions apply:
- Customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Restocking fees between 15–30% may apply depending on brand policy
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund is issued only after the manufacturer receives and inspects the product
Some brands do not allow returns once shipped. These policies are determined by the manufacturer and will be communicated clearly before purchase when applicable.
Damaged in Transit
Because most products ship via freight, it is critical that you inspect the shipment upon delivery.
If there is any visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours at [your support email]
Failure to document damage at delivery may void the ability to file a freight claim.
We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer and freight carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Manufacturer Warranties
All products sold by Legacy of Vitality are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
We act as your advocate and liaison with the manufacturer to ensure any warranty claims are handled quickly and properly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically non-returnable once shipped:
- Saunas
- Cold plunge tubs
- HBOT chambers
- Water filtration systems
- Mattresses and sleep systems
- Custom or made-to-order equipment
These are considered final sale due to hygiene, customization, and freight logistics.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the product is returned and inspected by the manufacturer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
