Shipping & Returns Policy

Legacy of Vitality — Premium Wellness & Longevity Equipment

Our saunas and wellness products are premium, made-to-order items shipped directly from our manufacturer partners.

Please review these terms before ordering. If you have questions about dimensions, electrical requirements, lead times, or delivery, contact us before purchasing at chris@legacyofvitality.com — we're happy to help.


Order Processing & Shipping

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and your payment method will be pre-authorized. We then verify product availability with our supplier.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary by product and destination and are listed on each product page.

  • If an item is backordered, we will contact you with the option to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Methods

  • Small items (heaters, accessories, etc.) ship via standard ground service.

  • Saunas and oversized products ship via LTL Freight (Curbside Delivery).

For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Customers are responsible for receiving the shipment at the curb and arranging assistance to move the crate to its final location.

Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 15 business days, please contact us.


Inspecting Your Delivery (Important)

Please inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.

If you notice visible damage:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  2. Take clear photographs before the driver leaves.

  3. Email the photos to chris@legacyofvitality.com so we can file a freight claim.

Signing for delivery without documenting visible damage may limit our ability to submit a successful freight claim.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, the return policy below applies.

  • Custom-built and special-order items cannot be canceled or returned once production or shipment has begun.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.

  • Email chris@legacyofvitality.com with your order number and reason for return to request an RMA.

  • Returns sent without an approved RMA cannot be accepted.

  • Returned products must be:

    • New

    • Unused

    • Uninstalled

    • In original packaging

    • In resalable, like-new condition

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus:

  • Original outbound shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • Applicable manufacturer restocking fees (typically 20–25%)

For products advertised with Free Shipping, the actual outbound freight cost will still be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping using insured transportation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Installed or used products

  • Returns submitted without an approved RMA

  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right at no cost to you.

For transit damage:

For manufacturing defects discovered after delivery, contact us to coordinate replacement parts or warranty service.

If the issue is due to our error, shipping damage, or a fulfillment mistake, all shipping and freight costs will be covered by us, and no restocking fee will apply.


Manufacturer Warranties

All products include the original manufacturer's limited warranty, which varies by brand.

Warranty coverage generally requires:

  • Proper installation

  • Proper maintenance

  • Residential use

  • No misuse or unauthorized modifications or repairs

Many manufacturers require warranty registration (often within 60 days of installation) to activate full coverage.

Warranty service must be authorized by the manufacturer before repairs or replacements are performed.

Financing & HSA/FSA

We offer financing through Shop Pay Installments at checkout.

Many wellness products may also qualify for HSA/FSA eligibility through our partnership with TrueMed.
